Shipping & Delivery

We are shipping orders worldwide via Australia Post.

All shipping costs are calculated as you add items to your cart. If you wish to check the charges, click on your cart and enter your destination details for a postage quote.

We aim to have your order ready and posted within 5 working days of the order date. Once your order has been sent, you will be notified via email that it has been completed and is on its way. 

Australian deliveries are sent via Australia Post Express. Please allow at least 3 - 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

International deliveries are sent via Tracked International Post provided by Australia Post. Please allow at least 21 to 28 working days from the date of dispatch.

US deliveries include a handling fee to cover tariffs on shipments into the United States.

Customs declaration of value

Please be aware that your country’s customs department may add import duties and charges to your parcel upon arrival, which are your responsibility.

• We must quote the full value of your goods on the customs declaration when sending parcels outside Australia.

• We hold no responsibility for expected or unexpected customs charges made on parcels being delivered outside Australia. These charges are your full responsibility as the recipient, and items cannot be returned due to duty charges.
