The pin cushion measures 11cm (4¼") square | The scissor sheath fits a pair of 4" embroidery scissors.

This set of sewing accessories is embroidered using only basic stitches. The embroidery is worked in crewel wool onto ivory linen. The pin cushion and scissor case are lined and back with print cotton to compliment the embroidery.

Dahlia is a fabulous little project if you are new to embroidery or are looking for a small QUICK & EASY project to make. I designed this little set, particularly with the beginner in mind.

These bright and cheerful flowers remind me of a my garden on a beautiful summer morning and will add a little bit of sunshine to my studio at any time of year.

The detailed instructions and diagrams will help guide you step by step through the project however, you might find it helpful to have a stitch directory at hand – I always do.
