* This closely woven, Italian linen is one of my favourite fabrics to use for crewel embroidery. * The high thread count and dense weave makes it perfect for supporting the weight of the embroidery and its smooth surface and ivory colour provides a perfect backdrop for colourful stitching.
* This linen is equally well suited for general surface embroidery, fine counted work as well as cutwork and Schwalm embroidery.
